You acknowledge that additional back-end technical integration with Visa may be required to perform the functions listed in DPS Card and Account Services API(s).
You agree and acknowledge that, except as otherwise agreed in writing by Visa, Visa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the DPS Card and Account Services solely in connection with its Visa-branded portfolio to enable You to provide services to cardholders.
As a condition precedent to accessing and/or using this Visa Product, You must enter into a written agreement with Visa (a “DPS Agreement”). Such DPS Agreement shall include a Fee Schedule for DPS Card and Account Services. Your right to access and use this Visa Product is subject to Your compliance with all obligations under such DPS Agreement, including the applicable payment obligations thereunder.
