Payment Account Validation Product Terms

If You are a Visa Member or not a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:

    1. Any verifications facilitated through the Payment Account Validation API and its capabilities should not be solely relied on for validation and are used at Your risk. Visa shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any decisions that You may base on the results of API calls.

    2. You further acknowledges and agrees that verifications facilitated through the Payment Account Validation API may depend on the actions and input by third parties, such as the relevant participating issuers and token providers, both with respect to timeliness and data accuracy. Visa does not have insight into or control over such third-party actions and input and disclaims any and all liability.
