Visa Supplier Matching Service Product Terms

If You are a Visa Member or not a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:

1. You represent and warrant that:

a. any information You and/or Your corporate clients (“Commercial Client Organizations”) obtain via the Visa Supplier Matching Service shall be used strictly for the purpose of implementing program growth; identifying non-Visa accepting merchants to accept Visa cards; and/or adopting new Visa commercial payment programs/products, and will not be used for any other purpose and You will cause Your Commercial Client Organizations to comply accordingly.

b. Any information you supply to Visa during your use of the Visa Supplier Matching Service is not in breach of any confidentiality obligations (whether owed by You or Your Commercial Client Organizations to the information owner, if applicable) or data protection or privacy laws, and that Visa is granted the right to collect/retain and is fully authorized to use and disclose such information and data for the Visa Supplier Matching Service.

c. You shall take all necessary steps (including but not limited to obtaining consent from the information owner to share the information with Visa) to ensure that any information you supply to Visa is collected, processed and provided in conformity with all applicable laws and requirements including privacy and confidentiality laws, regulations, policies and obligations.

d. All information and data received or processed by Visa in the course of providing the Supplier Matching Service are for the purposes of developing, improving and enhancing products and services of Visa, which may include outreach related to such products and services of Visa, and that any consents and authorizations obtained include the right for Visa to process and use such information and data for such purpose.

2. You agree and acknowledge that the accuracy of the matching results is dependent on the accuracy of Your input. The more inputs provided the greater likelihood of a stronger match.

3. If You are in the Visa Asia Pacific Region, You agree and understand that (i) the Visa Supplier Matching Service API is to be utilized/performed only in relation to incorporations and limited liability partnerships, and as such, You will not receive any information or analysis or reports from Visa for sole proprietors or unlimited liability partnerships, and (ii) You will not send to Visa, through this Visa Product’s API(s), any information pertaining to sole proprietors or unlimited liability partnerships or information that can be deemed as personal information.

• Visa Member Contact information (including business email address)
