Visa Card Program Enrollment API Product Terms
Overview. The Visa Card Program Enrollment APIs (“VCPE”) are provided by Visa to Visa issuers in accordance with the applicable Visa Rules and all other documentation concerning VCPE provided by or available from Visa, each as may be amended by Visa from time to time (the “Service Documentation”). By executing this Agreement, You agree that You will comply with the requirements of this Agreement, the Service Documentation and all other documentation concerning the VCPE provided by or available from Visa.
If You are a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:
1. You may only make use of VCPE in order to support the management of the Visa card PANS within its own portfolio.
2. Access to VCPE is limited to the PAN Lifecycle API only and does not include access to any other APIs made available via the Visa Token Service and Lifecycle Management.
3. You agree and acknowledge that You are responsible for all PANS submitted via VCPE.
4. In addition to the termination rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, Visa may terminate Your access to VCPE at any time: (i) if You fail to pay Visa the applicable fees related to PANS submitted to VCPE; and/or (ii) if Visa believes that VCPE are being accessed/used and/or PANS submitted/processed in violation of this Agreement and/or the Service Documentation.
5. In the event of any express conflict between this Agreement and the Visa Rules in connection with Your use of VCPE, the Visa Rules will govern.
If You are not a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:
1. You agree and acknowledge that You will use and participate in VCPE solely in its capacity as an issuer-processor to its Visa issuer client (“Member”).
2. Access to VCPE is limited to the PAN Lifecycle API only and does not include access to any other APIs made available via the Visa Token Service and Lifecycle Management.
3. You shall not be entitled to aggregate RPINS across all of its Member clients. For the avoidance of doubt, a given RPIN may only belong to one Member.
4. You agree and acknowledge that You are responsible for all PANS submitted via VCPE.
5. In addition to the termination rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, Visa may terminate Your access to VCPE at any time: (i) if You fail to pay Visa the applicable fees related to PANS submitted to VCPE; and/or (ii) if Visa believes that VCPE are being accessed/used and/or PANS submitted/processed in violation of this Agreement and/or the Service Documentation.
6. In the event of any express conflict between the Agreement and the Visa Rules in connection with Your use of VCPE, the Visa Rules will govern.
Visa Credential Data Inquiry API Product Terms
Overview. Visa Credential Data Inquiry (“VCDI”) enables issuers, processors, fintechs, and cobrand merchants to retrieve card program, product, linking, and merchant cobrand information for business operations, promotional activities, and digital engagement with cardholders. VCDI is provided by Visa to Visa issuers in accordance with the applicable Visa Rules and all other documentation concerning VCDI provided by or available from Visa, each as may be amended by Visa from time to time (the “VCDI Service Documentation”). By executing this Agreement, You agree that You will comply with the requirements of this Agreement, the VCDI Service Documentation and all other documentation concerning the VCDI provided by or available from Visa.
If You are a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:
1. You may only make use of VCDI in order to support the management of the Visa Card PANs (as defined in the Visa Rules) within Your own portfolio.
2. You agree and acknowledge that You are responsible for all PANs submitted via VCDI.
3. In addition to the termination rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, Visa may terminate Your access to VCDI at any time:
(i) if You fail to pay Visa the applicable fees related to PANs submitted by You to VCDI;
(ii) if You fail to pay Visa the fees connected to the provision of VCDI to You;
(iii) if Visa believes that VCDI is being accessed or used by You in violation of this Agreement or the VCDI Service Documentation; or
(iv) if Visa believes that applicable PANs are submitted or processed by You in violation of this Agreement or the VCDI Service Documentation.
4. In the event of any express conflict between this Agreement and the Visa Rules in connection with Your use of VCDI, the Visa Rules will govern.
If You are not a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:
1. You agree and acknowledge that You will use and participate in VCDI solely in your capacity as a Visa authorized third-party, that has received consent and authorization from each relevant Visa issuer client (“Member”) to use and participate in VCDI.
2. You agree and acknowledge that You are responsible for all PANs submitted by You via VCDI.
3. In addition to the termination rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, Visa may terminate Your access to VCDI at any time:
(i) if You fail to pay Visa the applicable fees related to PANs submitted by You to VCDI;
(ii) if You fail to pay Visa the fees connected to the provision of VCDI to You;
(iii) if Visa believes that VCDI is being accessed or used by You in violation of this Agreement or the VCDI Service Documentation; or
(iv) if Visa believes that applicable PANs are submitted or processed by You in violation of this Agreement or the VCDI Service Documentation.
4. In the event of any express conflict between the Agreement and the Visa Rules in connection with Your use of VCDI, the Visa Rules will govern.
