VCAS Product Terms

Issuer access and use of the VCAS RDX Card Status and Confirmed Marking APIs is limited to actions on behalf of and subject to (i) current participation in VCAS through an effective VCAS Agreement or an equivalent agreement enabling participation in VCAS, the RDX API, and compliance with such agreement, and (ii) the active enrollments for those BIN ranges for which Company intends to use the RDX API and Card Status Ingress API, as separately approved by Visa.

Issuers may only access the VCAS RDX Card Status and Confirmed Marking APIs to report, identify, and manage card status information in connection with Client’s use of VCAS and in support of Issuer’s fraud management efforts.
