How does it work?
Visa Direct Payouts is a service that enables money to be pushed into bank, debit card4, or prepaid card4 accounts to complete business payouts, P2P transfers, app withdrawals, and more. Through a single connection to our Payouts Originator Send API, money can be sent across Visa’s card network for domestic and cross border Card4 transactions, and can be sent across ACH, or faster payment networks for cross-border bank account transfers.1
APIs Included
Payouts Originator Send API
The Payouts Originator Send APIs enable Originating Entities to send payouts to both card and bank accounts. These APIs also enable querying the status of a previously sent payout
Payouts Originator Receive API
Payouts Originator Receive API are call back APIs that enable sending notifications of status changes of a payout transaction along with information on any returns.
Debit/Credit Advice API
For Originating Entities using “Accelerated Payment Delivery”, this API provides details of debit/credit entries posted to the settlement account. Contact Visa Representative to get access to this API
