Your access to or use of the APIs made available for Visa’s secure remote commerce solution for Click to Pay (“Visa Click to Pay”) in a Territory in a production environment, or any access or use beyond the Test Environment or those portions of the Solution Approval or other certification process expressly described in the Documentation, is subject to the continuing validity and existence of an agreement, executed by Visa and You or Your Affiliate (as the case may be), governing Your participation in the Visa Digital Commerce Program in such Territory ("VDCP Agreement"). In the event that the VDCP Agreement expires or is terminated for any reason, Visa may terminate Your access to and use of the APIs made available for Visa Click to Pay immediately with notice to You.
The VDCP Agreement is separate and distinct from the Terms of Use (including these Visa Product Terms).
