This API set for Issuer-offered Click to Pay enables a participating Issuer (as defined in the Visa Rules) to register payment instruments for their Cardholders. With these APIs, participating Issuers can make and manage customer and payment instrument records for Issuer-offered Click to Pay (as defined in the Visa Rules) where Click to Pay is a card-level feature. They can also perform lifecycle management actions such as retrieving, updating, and deleting the registered information. Furthermore, this API set allows Clients to track the progress of their requests to Visa, giving them visibility and control throughout the process. 

By using Visa ID and Credential, You as a Client acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and rules applicable to this API set and Issuer-offered Click to Pay, including without limitation those stated in the Visa Rules as well as the Click to Pay Issuer Requirements and Issuer Guide for Issuer-offered Click to Pay as a Card-Level Feature applicable to the region(s) in which You as the participating Issuer operate. Visa ID and Credential may only be used for the express purposes described in this Documentation.
