If You are a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You. If you are not a Visa Member, You may use this Visa ID and Credential product only if acting on behalf of a Visa Member. You agree, notwithstanding the terms of any other agreements You may have in place with Visa, that Visa may store Personal Information in Visa data centers in accordance with Visa’s Privacy Notice and Applicable Law.

This Visa ID and Credential product enables a participating Issuer (as defined in the Visa Rules) to register payment instruments for their Cardholders for supported Visa products and services. Participating Issuers can make and manage customer and payment instrument records. They can also perform lifecycle management actions such as retrieving, updating, and deleting the registered information. Furthermore, the Visa ID and Credential API set allows Clients to track the progress of their requests to Visa, giving them visibility and control throughout the process. 

For the avoidance of doubt, if you are accessing the Visa ID and Credential product via batch files, instead of the Visa ID and Credential API set, then You agree these Visa Product Terms, as well as any terms set forth in the Agreement and Documentation, shall apply to You.

By using this Visa Product, You as a Client acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and rules applicable to this Visa Product, including without limitation those stated in the Visa Rules and all other Documentation.
