Over halfway there! During this stage we will confirm everything we have prepared actually works in the client testing environment (CTE).

Finalize Development of Web Service Client
According to the API specifications and implementation guide.
Run Test Cases
Test relevant use cases identified earlier by your organization. Your CIL will provide test Primary Account Numbers (PANs) to use for testing and is a resource if you have unsuccessful tests and/or questions.
Communicate Conversation IDs of Test Cases
Provide conversation IDs to your CIL. They will use it to validate successful test cases and troubleshoot unsuccessful tests. Once tests are complete and an agreement to move on is made between your organization and your CIL, you are ready for production.
Request Promotion to Production
Following a successful CTE testing period, return to VDP to request promotion to production.
