Lang for Foreign Words (CON-WEB-007)

Set the lang attribute on any foreign words or phrases

An appropriate lang attribute must be placed on any word or phrase that is in a different language than the page’s main language.

For instance, if a French word is placed within a page with a main language of English, the French word must be identified as such so that a screen reader will pronounce it correctly and notify the user of the difference.
